Sometimes your applicants might commit errors whenever they are submitting their answers. Workstream allows you to do any changes needed to rectify any mistakes done by your applicants when they've applied for a position.

If you need to do any amendments to your applicants’ answers take the following steps:

STEP 1: Select the Applicants tab found at the upper side of the Workstream dashboard.

STEP 2: An overview will show up on the right side. Click on the box-like icon beside the applicant's name to  open the profile in a new tab.

STEP 3: Go to Additional Information.

STEP 4: Hover your mouse over the block that contains the answer you will edit. A small box-like icon will appear on the top right part of the block. Click on it to edit.

STEP 5: Once done, click Save.
