Here are the steps you need to follow whenever you need to reject an applicant:
STEP 1: Login in your Workstream account, and select Positions tab, located on the upper left side of your screen.
STEP 2: On the left side of your dashboard, go to Locations and choose a position.
STEP 3: For the position that you've chosen select the stage for which you want to reject the applicants.
STEP 4: Select the applicant you wish to reject, and click on the corresponding Action button located on the right side of your screen then choose Reject.
STEP 5: A pop-up window will appear. You will be asked if you want to send a rejection message - toggle on if you want to do so. Once you are ready click Reject button.
