If your Google Calendar is not linked to your Workstream calendar yet, you can refer to this help article for guidance.

Here is what you need to do in order to disable the time slots in conflict with your Google Calendar events:

STEP 1: On the upper right side of your Workstream dashboard, go to Settings and select Account.

STEP 2: Under Account Settings, on the left side of your dashboard click on Scheduling and scroll down until you see Conflict Avoidance option.
Turn the button on to disable. If disable time slot is turned on, the button should be gray in color.

NOTE: 

  • If you disable your time slots, the applicants won't be able to schedule it.
  • If you already have a scheduled time slot, and LATER, something is scheduled on Google Calendar, the event and time slot will still be there and active.
  • When you choose a time slot that is conflict with your Google Calendar event, this is how it looks like:
