You can simply move your applicants to another position if they are more suitable to another role. This will avoid extra work as Workstream will retain the application details including the notes and feedbacks from your team members.
To move the applicants to another position, here is what you need to do:
STEP 1: Select the Applicants tab found at the upper left side of Workstream dashboard.
STEP 2: Type inside the Search Box the name (email or phone number) of the applicant you wish to move then tick the check-boxes next to the names to select.
STEP 3: Click the Actions button located at the upper right side of the screen then from the drop down list select Move To and then Move to Another Position.
STEP 4: On the pop up window, select the Position and Stage you want to move your applicant to.
STEP 5: If you want your applicants to get notified whenever they are moved to the new position, toggle on the button located on the bottom of the pop-up window. If you don't send any notifications just toggle off the button.
