A. Manage all your Applicants
To view and manage all your applicants, here's what you need to do:
STEP 1: Log-in from your Workstream account and select the Applicants tab located at the upper left part of your screen.
STEP 2: Upon clicking on it, you will see the list of all your applicants.
You can view their information such as: name, email, phone number, location, position applied, current stage, status and application date.
B. Manage your Applicants for a Specific Position
To view and manage the list of the applicants that applied only for a specific position, take the following steps:
STEP 1: Login to your Workstream account, then select the Position that you want to work on.
STEP 2: At the top of the window, you will see a summary of the number of applicants in progress as well as applicants that have been rejected.
STEP 3: You can hover your mouse pointer on each stage button to see how many applicants are still in progress and how many were rejected.
