To connect with your Outlook Calendar, take the following steps:

STEP 1: Upon logging in to your Workstream account, click on Settings located at the upper left side of your dashboard then select Account.

STEP 2: Under Account Settings on the left side of your screen, select Scheduling and then click the Sign in with Outlook button.

STEP 3: In the pop-up window, fill in your Outlook login details. Once done, scroll down until you see Sync to Outlook Calendar option and toggle on the corresponding button.

STEP 4: If you have added your team members' calendars into your Outlook account, you can select whose calendar from your Outlook list you want to see in your Workstream schedule. Simply go to Displayed Calendars and tick the checkboxes.

STEP 5: Refresh your Outlook calendar and you will see that a new Workstream Calendar has been created. You should be able to see time slots from your Workstream calendar on your Outlook calendar.

NOTE: If you want to disable the time slots that has conflict with your Outlook Calendar, turn on the Conflict Avoidance button located below the Displayed Calendar.
