The Scheduling stage type allows you to add a separate stage dedicated setting up appointments for interviews, meetings, or trainings with an applicant. 

Here are what you can do in the Scheduling stage:

  • Setup either a phone interview or an onsite interview - while setting up a Scheduling stage for a position, you may name it to either Onsite Interview or Phone Interview to indicate how the interview will be conducted. 
  • Setup an onboarding, training, or orientation - besides interviews, you may also use this stage for applicants to choose when they can attend training, orientation, or onboarding.
  • Add time slots - the Add my availability button is a shortcut to your calendar and allows you to add time slots quickly. However, if you are looking to set up in a more comprehensive way you can do so in the Scheduling tab.
  • Add meeting details - It is important to add meeting details to let applicants know when, where, or how the interview will be conducted; and also to give reminders or additional instructions.
