Workstream provides an invoice based on the details of your subscription. It is important that clients know that:

  • The billing date is based on your subscription's start date (when you signed with Workstream).
  • The billing frequency is monthly
  • Meaning that every month you will receive an invoice
  • You will receive the invoice via E-mail
  • Which is sent 48 hours after your card has been charged

Always take note of when you signed up with Workstream so that you will know when to expect the invoice. 

Keep in mind that invoices are sent by janina@workstream.is, and the subject's format is always '[company name] - [month] Invoice'.
